October was a hectic month so that is why there has been a shortage of posts. It all started with the showing of Rage Films “Enjoy” that I hosted in Denver on the 18th, It took a lot of time and planning but in the end the event went awesome, a big thanks goes out to everyone who helped make it happen and to all who attended. So the first half of the month was filled with event planning and working my day job, on the 19th I started the interview process for a sweet job at a Colorado ski resort and on the 29th I was offered the job (I accepted of course). Before I knew it October was gone, and now I have a little over a week until I’m moving to the hills and alot of stuff to get organized but enough about me, on to skiing news…The Colorado ski season is happening right now! A-Basin and Loveland are already open , Keystone and Copper will be opening tomorrow November 2, 2007. Word on the street is that Keystone will have 20 jibs available for your jibbing pleasure. If you haven’t herd Freeskier launched their new site and it is sick, make sure to checkout the road trip challenge videos, they are freakin hilarious. In other industry news the announcement was made that the Snowsports Industries America (SIA) Trade Show will be moving to Denver in 2010. The trade show has been in Vegas for 35 years and the change was due in part to lack of space. What all this means is there will be only 2 years left of SIA debauchery in Vegas, the 2008 SIA Trade Show will be January 29 - February 1 at the Mandalay Bay convention center in Las Vegas. Finally the Esurance Icer Air 2007 will take place this weekend at AT&T Park in San Fran, pay close attention to Dumont, West and Olenick for a peak at the mysterous Empire gloves that they should be wearing, and the site is scheduled to drop 11.06.2007 www.empireattire.com. There you have it people, I will try to make my psots on a regular basis this month.

Busy is good - the Rage film was sick. Loved it and you did a great job with everything. And yes, the new Freeskier site is rad as heck. Can’t wait for SIA to make it to CO -that’s going to be crazy! And Empire? is this another rider founded brand - ok, so I am on the fence as to whether I am tired of that or think its cool. Stay tuned….
