Hey there freeskiers were back with more US Freeskiing Open results, this time it’s BIG AIR. Let me start by giving you a short review of the night, I arrived at the deck of the big air kicker right at sunset both of my camcorder batteries were dead so I had to resort to digital photos. That’s not all next my camera batteries died just as Charles Gagnier and Jacob Wester were going to duel for first place, and my extra batteries for my camera were dead as well, lesson learned.

Now back to the comp, all of the skiing of the skiing was sick and I had the best seat in the house right on the deck of the jump, the weather was unusually warm and it started snowing part way through the competition. So many tricks were thrown down that I can’t even begin to recall all of them, my highlights were Jon Olsson’s kangaroo flip and Charles Gagnier’s switch 1260 ??? grab.
